Jaipur Palace Stays is hiring a Guest Relations Executive to manage the complete guest experience from arrival to departure. Jaipur receives millions of tourists each year — domestic families, international travellers, and corporate guests. Many of them are staying in the city for the first time. A Guest Relations Executive is the person who connects every guest to every department in the hotel — anticipating needs, resolving issues, and making stays memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet VIP and long-stay guests personally at arrival — escort them to their room and explain hotel facilities
- Anticipate guest needs before they become complaints — proactive check-ins during multi-day stays
- Coordinate with all hotel departments on guest requests — dining, transport, sightseeing, and special arrangements
- Handle guest feedback and complaints directly — own the resolution, not just the acknowledgement
- Manage departure experience — collect feedback, process loyalty points, and arrange transport
- Maintain guest preference records for repeat visitors
- Coordinate surprise arrangements for guests celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or special occasions
Who Can Apply
- Hotel Management graduate with 1 to 2 years of front office or guest relations experience
- Fluent in English — international guests form a significant portion of Jaipur tourism
- Genuinely service-oriented — not just polite, but proactively interested in the guest experience
- Calm and solutions-focused when handling complaints — a frustrated guest needs resolution, not apology alone
- Knowledge of Jaipur — tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and transport options is a strong advantage
Work Schedule
Rotational shifts covering morning, afternoon, and evening. Six days working with one weekly off on rotational basis.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly salary Rs 15,000 to Rs 22,000 based on experience and English proficiency. Service charge share from hotel revenue. Staff meals and uniform provided. ESI and PF as per law. Clear growth track to Assistant Front Office Manager for candidates with strong guest feedback scores over 18 to 24 months.
