The Virtual Patient Safety team supports hospitals and healthcare facilities by providing continuous remote observation of patients who may require additional monitoring. Using secure video monitoring systems and clinical communication tools, Patient Safety Monitors help identify situations that may place patients at risk, such as falls, unauthorized movement, or safety-related concerns. Team members communicate directly with bedside caregivers and nursing staff when intervention is needed. This role operates within a centralized virtual care environment and follows established healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned patients through approved virtual observation systems
• Identify and report potential patient safety concerns promptly
• Communicate with nursing staff regarding observed risks or behavioral changes
• Document observations and safety-related events accurately
• Follow patient monitoring protocols and healthcare compliance standards

Requirements & Skills:
