Aravalli Medicare, a multispeciality hospital in Jaipur, is hiring a Medical Billing Executive to handle patient billing, insurance documentation, and payment processing. This is an onsite role open to freshers with basic computer knowledge. Accurate billing is one of the most critical back-end functions in a hospital — errors in billing affect patient trust, insurance claims, and hospital revenue simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate patient bills at the time of discharge — consolidating charges from OPD, pharmacy, lab, and procedure departments
• Process cashless insurance claims — coordinate with TPA desk for pre-authorisation and final settlement documents
• Collect payments from patients and issue receipts — cash, card, and UPI
• Reconcile daily billing records with accounts team at end of shift
• Maintain accurate billing records in the hospital management software
• Handle patient billing queries and discrepancy complaints with patience and clear explanation

Who Can Apply

• Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Arts — B.Com preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers welcome — hospital billing training is provided during onboarding
• Good numerical accuracy — billing errors have real consequences
• Basic computer proficiency — Excel and hospital software will be used daily
• Honest and detail-oriented — cash handling and insurance documentation require precision
• Based in Jaipur — this is an onsite role, no remote option available

Work Schedule

General shift 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a weekly off.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary Rs 13,000 to Rs 19,000 based on qualification and computer skills. ESI and PF as per statutory requirements. Seven days of paid classroom training on hospital billing software, TPA procedures, and cashless claim processing before your first independent shift.
