About the Role
We are hiring Online Help Desk Executives to handle inbound support queries from employees and customers through email, chat, and ticketing systems. You are the first point of contact when someone has a problem — a login that is not working, an application that is throwing an error, a process they do not understand, or a request they need routed to the correct team. Your job is to understand the issue, resolve what you can at your level, and escalate what you cannot — with clear documentation every step of the way.
This is not a technical IT support role requiring coding or networking knowledge. It is an operational help desk role focused on communication, process knowledge, and accurate ticket management.

Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Full work from home — no office visit required. Some roles have a rotational shift option (afternoon shift: 1 PM to 10 PM) with an additional shift allowance of ₹1,500 per month.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary: ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 based on communication assessment and qualification during onboarding. Performance bonus of ₹500 to ₹2,000 per month based on SLA adherence and ticket resolution quality scores. Internet reimbursement: ₹500 per month. PF and ESI as per statutory norms. Six-month review with promotion eligibility to Senior Help Desk Executive — which carries a ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 salary increment. No registration fee. No deposit.
