We are a data collection and digitisation company working with government departments, insurance companies, and healthcare providers across Tamil Nadu. We hire part time home-based operators in Coimbatore to fill online forms using data from physical documents — application forms, survey sheets, registration records, and medical intake forms — that our clients send for digitisation.

You receive a batch of source documents, open the online form portal on your laptop, and enter the information from each document into the correct fields. Submit the batch. That is the work.

A Typical Part Time Day

You log in at 10 AM after finishing your morning routine. Your batch for today shows 60 forms. Each form takes 3 to 5 minutes to complete — name, date of birth, address, reference number, and a few category fields. By 12:30 PM you have completed all 60 and submitted the batch. Your morning work is done. The afternoon is yours.

If you prefer the evening slot, you log in at 6 PM after your household work and complete your batch by 8:30 PM. Same work, different timing.

What You Need

A laptop or desktop computer — form filling cannot be done on a mobile phone as the portal requires a full browser. Basic English reading ability — the forms are in English and Tamil bilingual format for Tamil Nadu operators. No prior experience. No specific qualification beyond 10th standard pass.

How Part Time Hours Work Here

You choose one slot during onboarding — morning (9 AM to 1 PM) or evening (6 PM to 9 PM). The slot is fixed for the month. Your daily batch is loaded at the start of your slot and must be submitted before the slot ends. You work 5 days a week — Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are off.

There is no mandatory login outside your slot. If you finish your batch early, you can log off. If you want to take an additional voluntary batch on a Saturday, the option is available at a higher per-form rate.

Earnings

Payment is calculated per form submitted and accepted by quality check. Rate: ₹4 to ₹7 per form depending on form complexity. Operators completing 50 to 80 forms per day across a 4-hour slot earn between ₹8,000 and ₹14,000 per month. Accuracy bonus of ₹500 per month for operators maintaining above 98 percent accuracy across the month. Payment transferred directly to your bank account on the 5th of every month. No registration fee. No deposit. No courier charges. Everything is managed online.
