Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Remote Content Moderator to support and manage online gaming communities across platforms such as Discord and Telegram. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for gamers worldwide. You will monitor conversations, enforce community guidelines, respond to user concerns, and ensure that discussions remain constructive and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor gaming community conversations on Discord, Telegram, and related social platforms.

• Enforce community guidelines and moderation policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

• Identify, review, and remove inappropriate, harmful, or spam content.

• Respond to user reports and resolve community conflicts in a professional manner.

• Escalate complex issues or policy violations to senior moderation teams when necessary.

• Engage with community members to encourage positive interactions and participation.

• Maintain moderation logs and provide reports on community trends and incidents.

• Collaborate with community managers and support teams to improve user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and other online community platforms.

• Ability to remain impartial and professional when reviewing sensitive or inappropriate content.

• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer for remote work.

• Ability to follow community guidelines and moderation policies consistently.

Experience

• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience participating in or moderating gaming communities is a strong advantage.

• Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and gaming community knowledge are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Flexible shifts available including part-time and full-time schedules.

• Weekend and evening availability may be required depending on community activity.

• Typical shifts range from 4 to 8 hours per day.
