About the Role

Flipkart catalog team is responsible for the quality and accuracy of every product listed on the platform. As a Product Listing Executive, you ensure that new and updated product listings meet Flipkart content standards before they go live. Poor listings mean fewer sales for sellers and a worse shopping experience for customers — your work directly affects both.

What You Will Do Daily

• Review new product submissions from sellers across all categories — electronics, fashion, FMCG, home, and books
• Verify product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications against Flipkart catalog style guide
• Approve listings that meet the standard and reject non-compliant listings with clear, specific feedback
• Update and correct product attributes — category mapping, size charts, material details, colour names
• Coordinate with sellers or the seller support team for incomplete or ambiguous submissions
• Maintain daily productivity targets — typically 80 to 120 listings reviewed per shift depending on category complexity

Who Can Apply

• Any graduate — BA, B.Com, BSc, or equivalent

• Good written English — you read product descriptions and write rejection feedback every day

Salary and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 based on typing speed and language assessment during onboarding. Accuracy bonus of ₹500 to ₹1,500 per month for associates maintaining a listing approval accuracy rate above 97 percent. Internet reimbursement: ₹500 per month. PF and ESI as per statutory norms. Promotion path: Product Listing Executive → Senior Catalog Executive → Catalog Quality Analyst — most promotions happen within 12 to 18 months for consistent performers.
