Flipkart Marketplace connects over 5 lakh sellers across India with crores of customers. Behind every seller listing, every shipment, and every payout is a support team that keeps sellers informed, compliant, and active on the platform. As a Seller Support Executive working remotely, you are the direct point of contact for sellers who need help navigating Flipkart systems, policies, and processes.
What You Will Handle
- Resolving seller queries related to account setup, product listing approvals, and catalogue updates
- Handling escalations around payment holds, payout delays, and commission disputes
- Guiding sellers through the return and refund process when buyers raise claims
- Assisting with account reinstatement requests — verifying documents and coordinating with the compliance team
- Explaining Flipkart seller policies clearly — penalty structures, performance metrics, listing guidelines
- Identifying sellers at risk of deactivation due to low performance scores and proactively connecting with them
What You Must Know or Be Willing to Learn
- Flipkart Seller Hub — you will navigate this daily; training provided if you are new to it
- E-commerce seller operations — how listings, inventory, and fulfilment work from the seller perspective
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets — for tracking escalation cases and preparing weekly reports
- Escalation management — knowing when to resolve at your level and when to loop in a senior team
Who Can Apply
- Any graduate — B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of experience — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in e-commerce, seller management, or marketplace operations is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Hindi — seller queries come in both languages
- A laptop with stable broadband internet — minimum 10 Mbps
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Full work from home — no office visit required at any stage. During high-volume periods like Big Billion Days and festive sales, extended shift availability may be requested with additional compensation.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 based on experience and assessment performance. Monthly performance bonus of ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 based on seller satisfaction scores and ticket resolution rate. Internet reimbursement: ₹500 per month. PF and ESI as per statutory norms. Internal transfer opportunities to Seller Growth, Category Management, and Marketplace Operations teams after 12 months of strong performance.
