The Opportunity

Infosys BPM (formerly Infosys BPO) is one of India's largest business process management companies, handling operations for global clients across banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, and technology industries. Remote voice and non-voice process roles are available for freshers in data management, customer support, and back-office functions. The voice track handles inbound customer contacts for international clients in English — strong spoken communication is essential. The non-voice track handles email, chat, and data processing for both Indian and international clients — strong written English is the core requirement. Full paid training is provided for both tracks before going live with any client. Training duration is typically two weeks for voice and one week for non-voice, depending on process complexity. Salary is ?16,000–?26,000/month based on process, shift, and your communication assessment score at the time of joining. The selection process begins with an online aptitude and communication assessment on the Infosys BPM careers portal. Candidates who meet the cut-off proceed to a virtual interview — one round for non-voice, two rounds for voice. Voice candidates also complete a communication assessment during the interview to evaluate spoken English fluency, pronunciation clarity, and listening comprehension. The entire process from application to offer takes approximately 10–15 days. Selected freshers receive an offer letter on Infosys BPM letterhead and are assigned a batch joining date for online onboarding. All equipment including secure virtual desktop access and required software tools are provided by Infosys — candidates need their own laptop (Windows 10+) and a stable broadband connection. The role is fully remote — there is no requirement to commute to or physically attend any Infosys facility during your employment in this position.

Who Should Apply

Graduate freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of BPO or back-office experience. Voice track: strong spoken English, comfortable with international clients, quiet home workspace with headset. Non-voice track: strong written English for email and data processing, laptop with internet. Both tracks: willing to commit to a fixed shift schedule — Infosys BPM operates 24/7 and freshers may be assigned rotational or fixed shifts depending on the client process.
