• Data Entry: Enter and process job listing, employer, and candidate records in our online CMS — laptop required, flexible shift timing


• BPO Non-Voice: Handle email and chat support tickets from employers and job seekers — good written English required, fixed 6-hour shift

What the Training Looks Like

Data entry track: 2-day online orientation covering the portal, task types, and accuracy standards. You start your first live tasks on day three. BPO track: 5-day paid training program covering platform knowledge, email scripting, and quality metrics. You shadow a senior team member for 2 days before handling live contacts independently. Both training programs are conducted entirely online — no in-person attendance required at any stage.
