- Are comfortable making outbound verification and follow-up calls in Hindi and English
- Can work a consistent shift of 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Have a smartphone with calling facility and a reasonably quiet home environment
- Are confident on the phone and do not find call-based work stressful
- Have a conversational communication style — scripted calls, nothing aggressive
? Data Entry Track — Apply If You
- Prefer written, non-voice work — no calls of any kind in this track
- Can commit 3–4 hours daily at any time within the 6 AM–10 PM window
- Own a laptop or smartphone with internet access
- Are comfortable with repetitive but precise form-filling tasks
- Want maximum flexibility in your daily work timing
?? BPO Non-Voice Track — Apply If You
- Have good written English for email and chat-based customer support
- Can work a fixed 5-hour shift, 5 days a week — morning or evening
- Have a laptop with internet — mobile is not suitable for email-based BPO work
- Are looking for structured, BPO-grade professional experience on your resume
