The Opportunity

Flipkart India is hiring freshers for remote customer service and back-office roles. Full paid training is provided over one week — no e-commerce or BPO experience required before you start. You will support Flipkart's seller and buyer operations from home, handling email and chat contacts or seller data processing depending on your assigned track. This is a direct Flipkart employment — not a third-party contract or staffing agency placement. You receive a Flipkart employee ID, access to internal systems, and a Flipkart reference for future employment after completing your tenure. Salary is ?16,000–?24,000/month based on track and performance, paid on the last working day of each month. Flipkart staff discount on personal purchases is available from day one. Health coverage kicks in after your third month of employment. Monthly performance incentive of ?1,000–?2,500 for operators who consistently meet quality targets.

The work environment is structured and process-driven, which is exactly what good early-career experience looks like. Customer service track operators handle email and chat contacts from Flipkart buyers and sellers — resolving order issues, managing return requests, and answering product and seller queries. Data entry track operators process seller listing submissions, update catalogue records, and manage back-office data queues in Flipkart's internal portal. Both tracks work fixed 6-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with your shift time chosen at application. Training batches open every two weeks — immediate joiners can start within one week of offer acceptance.

What You Need

Fresh graduate or 10+2 pass from any recognised board or university. Good written English — the ability to compose clear, professional email responses is important for the customer service track. Data entry track requires strong attention to detail and accurate typing at 28+ WPM. Laptop with internet connection — mobile devices are not supported for either track. Willingness to commit to a fixed 6-hour shift schedule for a minimum of 6 months. Immediate joiners are given priority in the current training batch — if you are available to start within the next 10 days, say so clearly in your application.
