What hours are involved — will it affect my college schedule?

Part-time shifts are 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. You choose from a morning slot (9 AM–1 PM) or an evening slot (5 PM–9 PM) at the time of application. The evening slot is specifically designed for college students who have daytime classes. Shift changes are possible at the start of each calendar month with two weeks advance notice to your team lead. Weekends are included in the shift rotation — one weekend day is part of the standard 5-day schedule, though this can be discussed during the selection process.

What will I actually be doing?

Depending on which track you are assigned to, you will either handle seller and buyer queries via email and chat (customer support track) or process seller product data in Flipkart's internal listing portal (data entry track). Assignment to a track is based on your communication strengths and the available positions at the time of your joining. Both tracks are equally compensated. The work is entirely screen-based — no phone calls are involved in either track for part-time positions.

What is the selection process?

A short online test covering English comprehension and basic logical reasoning, followed by a virtual HR interview. The entire process takes about two hours and can be done from home.
