Day one: you receive your Flipkart employee credentials and join an online orientation session with your team. Day two: you are introduced to Flipkart's internal seller portal and CRM, and you run through a set of guided training exercises covering the most common contact types. By day five you are handling real seller data and live customer tickets alongside a senior buddy from the team who monitors your work and answers questions in real time. By the end of week two, you are operating independently with your team lead available in the background whenever needed.

Flipkart needs you contributing quickly because customer contacts do not pause while new joiners settle in — but the support structure means you are never left to figure things out alone. The buddy system during your first two weeks is specifically designed to prevent the sink-or-swim experience that freshers often get in underprepared BPO environments.
