• Have good Hindi and English communication skills — spoken and written both required


• Are comfortable handling 40–60 customer contacts per shift across phone and chat


• Can work rotational shifts including weekends — Amazon India customer care runs 7 days


• Have a laptop, quality headset, and stable wired broadband (10 Mbps+) at home


• Are a graduate or 10+2 — freshers are welcome for this track

? Data Entry Track — Apply If You

• Type 30+ WPM with accuracy above 95% on standard data entry tasks


• Are comfortable with form-based data processing and queue-based daily workflows


• Prefer structured, non-voice back-office work over customer-facing interaction


• Have a laptop with Windows 10+ and internet connection of minimum 10 Mbps


• Are a graduate, 10+2, or have any equivalent qualification — freshers welcome
