? You Are a Good Match If You
- Have 6 months to 2 years of inbound call center or BPO experience
- Are confident on the phone in English and Hindi — native Hindi accent is completely fine
- Can commit to a fixed 8-hour shift, 6 days per week without frequent leave requests
- Have a laptop, headset, and reliable wired broadband at home (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Are available to join within one week of receiving your offer letter
- Have worked inbound support before and are comfortable with CSAT and AHT metrics

What You Will Do
- Handle inbound calls from Indian employers and job seekers on The Elite Job platform
- Resolve account, listing, application, and subscription queries on first contact where possible
- Escalate complex cases to the supervisor team with a complete call summary
- Maintain CSAT and AHT targets as briefed during training
