Half a Day of Work, Full Month of Income

You log in at 6 PM after college or household duties are done. For the next four hours you handle inbound customer care calls — mostly job seekers asking about application statuses, the occasional employer with a listing question. Each call takes two to five minutes. You follow the script, resolve what you can, escalate what you cannot, and log the outcome. By 10 PM you have completed your shift, logged your calls, and signed off for the night. You have just worked a part-time BPO shift from home without stepping outside once.

This part-time call center role is designed specifically for freshers and students who want structured BPO experience and a consistent monthly income without committing to a full-time schedule. The evening shift is popular precisely because it does not interfere with daytime classes or household commitments. You bring the time and consistency; we provide the training, the scripts, the tools, and the contacts. Most people find their rhythm by the end of the first week and are handling calls confidently from the second week onwards.

What the Training Looks Like

Three days of paid online training — product knowledge on day one, scripting and call flow on day two, live call simulation with a trainer on day three. After training you shadow a senior team member for two evening shifts before going live independently. The whole process takes less than a week from your joining date to your first independent shift.

Requirements

• Freshers and college students welcome — no prior BPO experience needed


• Good spoken Hindi and English — conversational level is sufficient


• Laptop with headset, or a smartphone with a good earphone microphone


• 4 hours available daily in the evening shift (6 PM–10 PM)


• Quiet home environment during shift hours
