Non-voice back-office experience is one of the most portable career assets in India's BPO and operations sector. Unlike voice process experience, which can be industry-specific, back-office skills — email handling, SLA management, data processing, CRM usage — transfer directly across industries. After 12 months in this role, your resume qualifies you for back-office positions at larger BPO companies, domestic and international operations teams, and e-commerce support functions — all of which pay significantly more than fresher-level positions.
