Call center jobs have a reputation for being stressful — high targets, aggressive supervision, and long commutes to crowded offices. This role is not that. The Elite Job's remote call center team handles inbound support queries from a calm, structured home environment. Targets exist, but they are realistic. Supervision is supportive, not punitive. And because the role is fully remote, there is no commute at all.
You will handle inbound calls from employers posting jobs and job seekers applying on our platform. The majority of contacts are straightforward — account queries, listing issues, subscription questions. Complex cases are escalated to a senior team. Your job is to handle the volume with patience and accuracy, and the metrics we track reflect your genuine performance, not arbitrary pressure. CSAT, average handling time, and first-call resolution are the three numbers your team lead reviews with you each week. If any of them are trending in the wrong direction, you get coaching and support — not a warning letter.
The team is entirely remote and has been for over two years. We have solved the collaboration problem: daily 15-minute team huddles via video, a shared chat channel that stays active during shift hours, and a monthly all-team meeting where performance is reviewed and upcoming changes are communicated. You will never feel like you are working alone, even though you are working from home.
We are hiring immediately. Training is one week, paid from day one, and conducted entirely online. After training you are assigned a fixed shift and begin taking live calls with your team lead monitoring the first few days in real time. Salary is monthly, with a quarterly performance incentive for consistent high performers. We genuinely prefer candidates who plan to stay and grow with the team — this is not a role for someone looking for a stop-gap between other opportunities.
