The Role

Entry-level BPO position for freshers — fully remote, voice and non-voice tracks available. Handle employer and job seeker contacts via phone, email, or chat depending on your assigned process. Full paid training provided over five days before you go live. Fixed 6-hour shift, 5 days per week. You choose your shift slot — morning or afternoon — during the application process. Salary is ?14,000–?20,000/month with a monthly performance incentive on top. Pay is processed on the last working day of each month. No fees, no investment, and no deposit required at any stage of selection or joining.

The work is structured and target-driven, which is exactly what good BPO experience looks like. You will have a daily contact target, a CSAT score to maintain, and an average handling time benchmark to work toward. These are not unreasonable numbers — they are set based on what the team comfortably achieves on a normal day. Your team lead monitors metrics throughout the shift and flags anything that needs attention early, before it becomes a problem. The goal is to help you perform well, not to catch you underperforming. Freshers who take the training seriously are almost always within target by the end of their first live week.

Who Should Apply

Freshers and recent graduates in any discipline. Good communication in English and Hindi — voice candidates need comfortable spoken fluency, non-voice candidates need strong written English. Laptop with internet and a quiet home workspace are mandatory for the voice track. Non-voice candidates can use a laptop or a good desktop setup. Immediate joiners are preferred — current training batch begins within the week. If you have prior BPO experience, that is a plus but not a requirement. If you are completely fresh, the training program is designed for you.
