Is this a full-time or part-time voice process role?

Both options are available. Full-time is a 6-hour fixed shift, Monday to Saturday. Part-time is a 4-hour shift with morning (10 AM–2 PM) or evening (5 PM–9 PM) slot options. Both are fully work-from-home. The salary figures listed reflect the full-time rate; part-time is prorated to approximately ?10,000–?15,000/month depending on shift hours and performance.

What kind of calls will I be handling?

Inbound calls only — no outbound or cold calling of any kind. You will handle calls from employers and job seekers using The Elite Job platform. Typical queries include questions about job listings, account access, application status, subscription support, and occasional billing clarifications. All calls are support-oriented and follow structured resolution scripts that you will have fully memorised during training. Complex or escalated cases are transferred to a senior team — you are not expected to resolve every edge case on your own.

What communication skills do I need?

Good spoken English and conversational Hindi. You do not need a neutral accent, formal voice training, or perfect grammar. Clear, confident, and patient communication is what matters — callers want to feel heard and helped, not impressed by formal language. We provide the scripts, the product knowledge, and the tone guidelines. Most freshers are comfortable handling live calls by day three of training.

What equipment do I need at home?

A laptop with a headset or a good-quality earphones with microphone. Stable internet connection — ideally broadband rather than mobile data. A quiet room or corner where you can take calls without significant background noise. You do not need any specialised equipment — standard consumer-grade headsets work fine for this process.

What is the pay?

?14,000–?22,000/month for full-time. Part-time is prorated by hours worked. Monthly performance incentive of ?1,500–?3,000 for candidates who maintain CSAT above the monthly target. Salary is paid on the last working day of each month, with the option to request weekly advances after three months of service.
