- Have experience or genuine interest in email support, chat handling, or data processing
- Are a graduate or 10+2 with basic computer skills and a working laptop
- Can commit to a fixed shift of 6 hours, 5 days a week from home
- Type at least 30 WPM accurately — you will be handling multiple email threads simultaneously
- Are comfortable with SLA targets and daily quality scoring

- Handling email tickets from employers and job seekers within SLA timeframes
- Processing back-office data forms and updating records in our CMS
- Chat support during peak hours — text-based, no video or voice
- Maintaining daily productivity and quality reports for your team lead
- Flagging escalation cases and coordinating handoff to the senior team
Growth and Pay
Salary is ?13,000–?21,000/month with a monthly performance incentive for operators who consistently meet quality targets. The growth path here is clear: strong performers move to Senior Associate at 6 months (?20,000–?28,000/month) and Team Lead at 12–18 months (?28,000–?38,000/month). Both are fully remote roles.
