The Training Process

All new joiners go through a five-day paid training program conducted via video call. Training covers our platform, support scripts, escalation procedures, and quality metrics. After training, you shadow a senior team member for two days before going live independently. By the end of your first week you will be handling real contacts with your team lead available in the background. Most freshers are fully confident in the role by the end of the second week.
