Role Context:

The Data Entry team supports operational and administrative departments by ensuring information is accurately entered, maintained, and verified across internal systems. Team members work remotely and collaborate with various departments to process records, review documentation, and maintain data integrity. New hires receive onboarding support and training to become familiar with company procedures, systems, and performance expectations. This role is particularly important in helping maintain efficient workflows across logistics and support operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter information from multiple sources into company databases and systems
  • Review records to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies or missing information
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation
  • Conduct routine quality checks and data audits
  • Work with team members to verify information when required
  • Report errors, concerns, or unusual findings to supervisors
  • Follow company policies related to confidentiality and data security
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets within assigned deadlines

Requirements & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No previous professional experience necessary
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently from a home office environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
