Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Content Strategist fluent in both German and English to lead and execute impactful B2B content initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate complex business concepts into compelling content that drives engagement, brand authority, and lead generation across international markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored to diverse audiences in the DACH and global regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B content strategies for German- and English-speaking markets.
  • Create high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, website copy, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform content direction and positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with customer journeys and business goals.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital performance, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and content lifecycle.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B content creation, preferably targeting international or DACH markets.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
  • Background in industries such as SaaS, technology, or consulting is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Availability to overlap with European business hours (CET) is preferred.
