Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and accelerate our growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). This role is ideal for a data-oriented marketing professional with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, digital channels, and performance marketing.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact digital campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and driving brand visibility in a competitive landscape. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for the DACH region.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to continuously improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights within the DACH region.
• Localize content and campaigns to align with cultural and linguistic nuances.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging marketing assets.
• Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance lead generation and nurturing.
• Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain partnerships with regional agencies and media platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of the DACH market, including consumer behavior and language preferences.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on European or DACH markets.
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital campaigns and achieving growth targets.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
• Background in SaaS, tech startups, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
• Must be available for collaboration during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
