Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in Industrial IoT (IIoT) to lead the design and user experience strategy for our next-generation digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can bridge the gap between complex industrial systems and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• Design intuitive interfaces for Industrial IoT platforms, including dashboards, analytics tools, and control systems.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Optimize user experiences based on performance metrics, user feedback, and usability data.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to IoT and industrial applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise, particularly in complex systems or IoT platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience working on Industrial IoT, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-level applications.
• Experience collaborating in agile development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and mentor junior designers.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
