Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Cybersecurity Solutions Architect specializing in Zero Trust frameworks to design, implement, and optimize next-generation security architectures. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment and is passionate about protecting digital ecosystems against evolving cyber threats. You will play a critical role in shaping secure enterprise architectures aligned with modern security principles, particularly Zero Trust models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Zero Trust security architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate current security posture and recommend improvements aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, and compliance to integrate security into all stages of system development.
• Lead security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and threat modeling exercises.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Implement identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least privilege access controls.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles and frameworks.
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and network segmentation.
• Experience with identity management solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2–3 years in an architectural role.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Zero Trust frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• Availability to collaborate across global time zones when required.
