Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy to join our growing remote team. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Design and implement data models to support strategic initiatives and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and business growth.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Continuously improve data processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proven experience in handling large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.

Working Hours
