Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong focus on cloud migration to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey by designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions on cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration from legacy SAP systems while minimizing business disruption and maximizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze existing SAP ECC environments and define migration strategies (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and quality assurance during migration phases.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Provide documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices, tools, and emerging cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud migration methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and migration tools (e.g., SUM with DMO).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2–3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud migration projects.
• Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• Availability to collaborate across different time zones as required.
• Occasional extended hours during critical project phases or go-live periods.
