Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models focused on predictive maintenance solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
• Analyze time-series data from sensors, IoT devices, and industrial systems.
• Build scalable data pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
• Implement deep learning and statistical techniques to improve predictive accuracy.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve algorithms based on real-time feedback.
• Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with time-series analysis and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, AI development, or data science roles.
• Prior experience in predictive maintenance, IoT analytics, or industrial AI applications is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments.
