Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking responsible, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Part-Time Online Proctors for UPSC and Bank Examination sessions. The Online Proctor will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of online examinations by monitoring candidates through secure digital platforms. This role requires strong observation skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining strict exam compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a remote digital environment, have strong communication skills, and possess a clear understanding of online exam monitoring procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online examinations in real time to ensure candidates follow exam guidelines and rules.

• Verify candidate identities before and during examination sessions.

• Observe candidate behavior through webcam, screen monitoring tools, and exam software.

• Report suspicious activities, malpractice, or technical issues during exams.

• Communicate with candidates via chat or voice support when necessary.

• Ensure the exam environment remains fair, secure, and uninterrupted.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of exam sessions and incidents.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system or connectivity issues quickly.

• Follow strict confidentiality and examination integrity policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

• Basic understanding of online examination platforms and digital tools.

• Strong attention to detail and monitoring capability.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods during exams.

• Familiarity with computer systems, webcams, and screen monitoring tools.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer/laptop.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in education support, online monitoring, administration, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in online proctoring, exam administration, or e-learning platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts depending on exam schedules (including weekends and evenings).
