Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Support – Voice Executive to join our growing global support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional voice-based customer service to clients across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will communicate fluently in two languages, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in two languages in a professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, account information, and technical support.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding company policies and services.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow company communication guidelines and customer service standards.
Continuously improve product knowledge and service processes.
Fluency in two languages (English and one additional language preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult customer situations.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
0–3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or voice process roles.
Prior experience in bilingual customer service or international support is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Flexible remote working schedule.
Rotational shifts including day, evening, or night shifts depending on international client requirements.
5 working days per week with rotational weekly offs.
