The Part-Time Warehouse Dispatch Clerk will collaborate closely with warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and operations teams to ensure timely shipment of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery notes, and shipment records.

  • Coordinate the packing and dispatch of products according to order schedules.

  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and documented.

  • Monitor dispatch timelines and communicate updates to the logistics or warehouse manager.

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched items in warehouse systems or spreadsheets.

  • Assist with inventory tracking and ensure stock movements are properly recorded.

  • Work with warehouse teams to prioritize urgent shipments.

  • Report discrepancies in shipments, damaged goods, or inventory counts.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during dispatch operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch procedures.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel, inventory software, or warehouse management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, logistics support, or inventory handling preferred.

  • Freshers with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.


Working Hours

  • Part-time role (typically 4–6 hours per day).
