Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Weekend Real Estate Show-Flat Sales Executive to represent our residential property projects and engage potential buyers during weekend site visits. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, showcasing property features, and assisting prospective clients in understanding the value of our real estate offerings.
The candidate will be responsible for managing show-flat presentations, guiding visitors through property layouts, answering queries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into potential buyers. This part-time weekend role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate.
Welcome visitors to the project site and provide a professional introduction to the property and developer.
Conduct guided tours of the show-flat, highlighting design, layout, amenities, and key selling points.
Explain pricing structures, payment plans, and property specifications to prospective buyers.
Collect and maintain visitor information for follow-up and lead management.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure all promotional materials are updated and available.
Assist in managing weekend footfall, ensuring smooth visitor flow and an excellent customer experience.
Address customer queries and provide accurate project information.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the show-flat and customer lounge areas.
Report daily visitor feedback and sales inquiries to the sales manager.
Minimum Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes is preferred.
Ability to present information confidently and professionally.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate marketing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in property exhibitions, real estate show-flats, or property sales support will be an added advantage.
Part-Time Weekend Role
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Additional hours may be offered during special property events or promotional campaigns.
Understanding of real estate project features and customer buying behavior.
Ability to explain property specifications in a simple and engaging way.
Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and preferences.
Professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking systems is beneficial.
