Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking responsible and motivated individuals to join our logistics and delivery operations as Evening Shift Food Delivery Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from partner restaurants and delivering them promptly to customers while ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, have strong time-management skills, and are comfortable navigating city routes during evening hours. The role plays an essential part in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from designated restaurants and partner vendors.

• Deliver orders safely and on time to customers while following the assigned delivery routes.

• Maintain communication with the dispatch or support team regarding delivery status.

• Ensure orders are handled carefully to maintain food quality and packaging integrity.

• Verify order details before leaving the restaurant and confirm delivery with customers.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines during deliveries.

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers and vendors.

• Use mobile delivery apps or systems to track orders and update delivery status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driving license for a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (depending on delivery vehicle).

• Ownership of a smartphone with internet access for order management.

• Good knowledge of local roads and navigation tools.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic communication skills in English and/or local language.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery services, logistics, courier operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good navigation skills and willingness to work evening shifts are encouraged to apply.

• Experience using delivery apps or GPS navigation tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening Shift: Typically between 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM (may vary based on operational needs).

• Flexible scheduling options may be available for part-time or full-time roles.
