Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Social Media Campaign Scheduler to support our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating social media campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure timely and consistent brand communication.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands social media trends, and has excellent organizational and time-management skills. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the companys online presence by ensuring campaigns are published according to strategic timelines while aligning with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging networks.
Coordinate campaign calendars with marketing, design, and content teams.
Ensure all social media content is posted at optimal times to maximize engagement and reach.
Maintain and update the social media editorial calendar.
Monitor scheduled campaigns to ensure posts go live successfully without errors.
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Review campaign schedules to avoid conflicts, overlaps, or missed deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing managers to align scheduling with broader campaign strategies.
Generate basic scheduling reports and provide insights to improve campaign timing and efficiency.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
Experience working with remote teams or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with content scheduling tools and campaign management platforms is preferred.
Fully remote position.
Flexible work schedule with approximately 20–35 hours per week depending on campaign workload.
Occasional coordination with global teams may require limited overlap with different time zones.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their posting guidelines.
Ability to maintain a well-structured social media calendar.
