Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and organized Part-Time NGO Education Coordinator to support and manage educational initiatives in collaboration with non-governmental organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to social impact and community development through education.

The Education Coordinator will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring educational programs aimed at improving learning opportunities for underprivileged communities. The successful candidate will coordinate with NGO partners, volunteers, educators, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support educational programs in partnership with NGOs and community organizations.

• Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and learning activities for students and volunteers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure program objectives are achieved within the planned timeline.

• Assist in developing educational materials, reports, and program documentation.

• Maintain regular communication with NGO partners, stakeholders, and team members.

• Track program metrics and prepare periodic reports on project outcomes and impact.

• Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to expand or improve community education programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of project management and program coordination.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NGO operations, education programs, community outreach, or social impact initiatives.

• Experience working with non-profit organizations, educational institutions, or community development programs is highly preferred.

• Experience coordinating volunteers or community-based initiatives will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-Time Position

• Flexible schedule with approximately 15–25 hours per week.

• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for community events or training sessions.
