Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Evening Shift Data Entry Executive – Leather Exports to support our international trade and documentation team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and managing export-related data including shipment records, invoices, purchase orders, and product specifications related to leather goods.

This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records for export compliance, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an evening shift environment, possess strong attention to detail, and have basic knowledge of export documentation or manufacturing workflows related to leather products.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain export-related data in company databases and ERP systems.

• Process shipment documentation, invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.

• Verify and cross-check information related to leather product exports such as quantities, weights, and shipment schedules.

• Maintain digital records of export documentation and ensure proper filing for audit purposes.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and export documentation teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Update tracking information for international shipments and maintain shipment logs.

• Perform routine data validation and correct discrepancies in the database.

• Generate daily and weekly reports for management regarding export transactions and data entry status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma, diploma in commerce, or bachelors degree in any discipline.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry systems.

• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and export data.

• Basic understanding of export documentation processes is an advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, export documentation, or administrative support roles.

• Fresh graduates with strong computer skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in export-oriented manufacturing, especially leather or textile industries, will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays may be off depending on workload).

• Flexible scheduling may be available during peak export seasons.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of international trade terms and export documentation (preferred).

• Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
