Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Weekend Heritage Palace Guest Assistant to support guest services at a prestigious heritage property. The Guest Assistant will act as a key point of contact for weekend visitors, ensuring that guests receive warm welcomes, helpful guidance, and memorable experiences while exploring the heritage palace and its amenities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple guest service tasks in a professional and courteous manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.

  • Provide information about the palace history, facilities, tours, and scheduled events.

  • Coordinate guest check-ins, visitor registrations, and ticketing procedures when required.

  • Guide visitors through different areas of the property and highlight key heritage features.

  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Support weekend events, cultural programs, or guided tours conducted at the palace.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest reception areas.

  • Work closely with the hospitality, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth visitor experiences.

  • Assist with guest feedback collection and report suggestions to management for service improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service orientation.

  • Ability to handle multiple guest interactions in a calm and professional manner.

  • Basic computer skills for visitor registration and record management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, guest relations, or customer service roles preferred.

  • Experience in hotels, resorts, museums, heritage sites, or event venues will be considered an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for hospitality are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Part-time weekend role (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Typical shift: 6–8 hours per day depending on guest traffic and scheduled events.

  • Flexibility to work during special cultural events or holiday weekends when required.
