Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance in selecting artisanal bakery products.

• Explain product ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods to enhance the customer buying experience.

• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.

• Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking requirements to the bakery production team.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the sales counter and store area.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product sampling initiatives.

• Prepare daily sales reports and assist management with closing procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in retail, hospitality, or business administration is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of retail sales processes and customer service principles.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, bakery outlets, cafés, or food service environments.

• Experience in specialty food or bakery sales will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Evening Shift: Typically between 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (may vary depending on store operations).

• Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
