Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Evening Shift Hyperlocal Delivery Dispatcher to coordinate last-mile delivery operations within urban and hyperlocal zones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing real-time dispatching of delivery personnel, ensuring efficient route coordination, and maintaining seamless communication between delivery partners, customers, and internal logistics teams. This role is crucial in maintaining high service standards, meeting delivery timelines, and ensuring operational efficiency during peak evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery partners for hyperlocal orders in real time.

• Monitor delivery routes and optimize assignments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Communicate with drivers/riders regarding pickup instructions, route adjustments, and delivery updates.

• Track order status using internal dispatch and logistics management systems.

• Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, route disruptions, or customer concerns.

• Collaborate with warehouse and order fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order handoffs.

• Maintain accurate logs of delivery assignments, completion rates, and incident reports.

• Ensure compliance with company delivery standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide quick decision-making support during peak delivery periods.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch operations, supply chain, or delivery management.

• Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, courier services, or last-mile logistics is highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Evening Shift: Typically between 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (may vary based on operational needs).

• 5–6 working days per week with rotational off days.

• Availability during peak demand periods, weekends, and holidays may be required.
