Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Remote GMAT/GRE Online Student Mentor to guide and support students preparing for competitive graduate-level entrance examinations. The mentor will work closely with learners in a virtual environment, helping them understand exam concepts, develop effective study strategies, and stay motivated throughout their preparation journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who have strong academic backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students aspiring to pursue higher education internationally. As a remote mentor, you will provide academic guidance, monitor progress, and assist students in achieving their target scores in the GMAT and GRE exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group mentoring sessions to students preparing for GMAT and GRE exams.

• Assist students in understanding exam patterns, question formats, and scoring systems.

• Guide students in developing personalized study plans and preparation strategies.

• Monitor student performance through regular assessments and progress tracking.

• Provide feedback on practice tests, essays, and problem-solving approaches.

• Help students strengthen their skills in quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, and analytical writing.

• Motivate and support students to maintain discipline and consistency in their preparation.

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve mentoring resources and learning materials.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Business, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of GMAT and GRE exam structures and preparation strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with online teaching tools, learning platforms, and video conferencing software.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage remote work effectively.

Experience

• Prior experience in GMAT or GRE tutoring, mentoring, or academic coaching is preferred.

• Experience in online teaching, mentoring, or educational counseling is an advantage.

• Candidates with high personal scores in GMAT or GRE will be highly valued.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working schedule.
