Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Evening Shift Airline Customer Care Executive to support airline passengers and travel partners with exceptional service. In this role, you will assist customers with flight inquiries, booking support, ticket modifications, and travel-related concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a dynamic, fast-paced airline customer service environment during evening hours.
Provide professional customer service support to airline passengers via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with flight reservations, booking confirmations, ticket changes, and cancellations.
Resolve passenger inquiries related to baggage policies, travel schedules, and airline services.
Manage complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with airline operations and ticketing teams to resolve complex issues.
Provide up-to-date information on airline policies, promotions, and travel guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and airline industry regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
Good listening skills and a solution-oriented approach to customer concerns.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
0–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, travel, or airline support roles.
Prior experience in airline reservations, travel agencies, or hospitality customer service is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Evening Shift position (typically between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or similar schedule).
Five working days per week with rotational off days.
Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays if required.
Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel policies is beneficial.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer service environment.
