Global MNC Tech is seeking responsible and customer-focused individuals to join our mobility services team as a Part-Time Weekend E-Scooter Taxi Pilot. In this role, you will operate electric scooters to provide short-distance ride services for customers within designated urban zones. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with people, and being part of the fast-growing electric mobility and smart transportation industry. As an E-Scooter Taxi Pilot, you will ensure safe rides, maintain vehicle condition, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting eco-friendly transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-provided electric scooters to transport passengers on short-distance routes.

• Follow local traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company mobility standards at all times.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service during every ride.

• Conduct basic daily inspections of the e-scooter to ensure it is in safe operating condition.

• Assist passengers with boarding and safety instructions when necessary.

• Use the company mobile application to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and update trip status.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper charging levels of the assigned scooter.

• Report any technical issues, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to the operations team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driving license suitable for operating electric scooters or two-wheelers.

• Basic knowledge of city routes and navigation apps.

• Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to use smartphone applications for ride management.

Experience

• Prior experience in ride-sharing, delivery services, or transportation roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Part-Time (Weekend Role)
