Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned premium spas or salons during scheduled weekend hours while maintaining complete anonymity as a regular customer.

  • Evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including reception service, staff behavior, treatment quality, cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to service standards.

  • Observe operational practices such as appointment handling, consultation procedures, and product recommendations.

  • Complete detailed evaluation reports after each visit using the companys reporting platform.

  • Provide accurate, unbiased, and well-documented feedback based on personal experience during the visit.

  • Take note of key service details including waiting time, staff professionalism, and overall guest satisfaction.

  • Submit reports within the specified time frame following each assignment.

  • Follow company guidelines to ensure confidentiality and objective evaluation.

Working Hours
