Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Evening Shift Retail Inventory Billing Associate to support our growing retail operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing billing transactions, and ensuring that retail stock movements are recorded efficiently within the companys systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring that retail inventory data and billing processes remain accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
Process retail billing transactions accurately using internal billing systems.
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
Monitor stock inflow and outflow and record transactions in the inventory management system.
Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery records.
Coordinate with retail store teams and warehouse departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Generate daily billing reports and inventory reconciliation summaries.
Ensure compliance with company accounting and retail inventory policies.
Assist in stock audits and support internal inventory reviews.
Report irregularities in stock levels or billing records to supervisors.
Maintain organized documentation of all billing and inventory activities.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of retail billing and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in an evening shift environment.
1–3 years of experience in retail billing, inventory management, or back-office operations is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and data-handling skills may also be considered.
Experience using ERP or retail billing software will be an added advantage.
Evening Shift: Typically between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (may vary depending on operational requirements).
Five-day work week with rotational weekend support if required.
Remote or hybrid work options may be available depending on business needs.
