The Weekend Luxury Cabin Experience Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, coordinating cabin amenities, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional introduction to the luxury cabin experience.

• Manage weekend guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Coordinate guest requests including dining arrangements, outdoor activities, spa services, and special events.

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of luxury cabins and common areas.

• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, activities, and experiences.

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.

• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Organize small weekend events such as bonfires, nature walks, or wellness sessions for guests.

• Ensure all safety procedures and property guidelines are followed.

• Create memorable experiences that reflect the brands luxury hospitality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask and handle guest requests efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of hospitality management systems or booking platforms is advantageous.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, hotel operations, or luxury service environments.

• Experience working in boutique hotels, resorts, cabins, or vacation properties is preferred.

• Prior experience hosting events or coordinating guest activities is considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Primarily weekend shifts (Friday evening to Sunday night).

• Flexible schedules during peak seasons or special events.

• On-site presence required during guest stays to ensure premium service delivery.
