Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Evening Shift Mall Tech Kiosk Expert to join our growing retail technology team. The Evening Shift Mall Tech Kiosk Expert will represent our brand at mall kiosks, assisting customers with product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and guiding them in selecting the right smart devices and digital solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the technology kiosk in shopping malls.

  • Demonstrate smart gadgets, consumer electronics, and digital services offered by the company.

  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Help customers choose suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

  • Handle billing, order processing, and basic inventory tracking at the kiosk.

  • Maintain an attractive and organized kiosk display to enhance customer engagement.

  • Resolve basic technical queries or guide customers on product usage.

  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and safety procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is an advantage.

  • Strong interest in consumer technology and smart devices.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.

  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics sales, or customer service roles.

  • Experience working in malls, kiosks, retail stores, or promotional sales environments is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for technology are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Evening shift schedule, typically between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM or according to mall operating hours.

  • Workdays may include weekends and holidays depending on retail requirements.

  • Rotational weekly off as per company policy.
