Global MNC Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Weekend Field Sales Executive – Smart AC Units to promote and sell our innovative smart air conditioning solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, demonstrating technology-driven home appliances, and achieving sales targets.
As a Weekend Field Sales Executive, you will represent our brand in residential communities, retail outlets, and promotional events, educating customers about the benefits of smart AC technology such as energy efficiency, mobile app control, and advanced climate management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales while working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Promote and demonstrate smart AC units to potential customers in assigned field locations.
Engage with customers to understand their cooling needs and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product demonstrations highlighting smart features such as Wi-Fi connectivity and energy-saving technology.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets during weekend campaigns.
Maintain a professional brand image while interacting with customers.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
Assist customers with basic product queries, pricing details, and installation information.
Coordinate with retail partners and field supervisors to ensure smooth promotional activities.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in explaining technical products in a simple and engaging manner.
Basic understanding of consumer electronics or home appliances is preferred.
Customer-oriented attitude with strong persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer interactions.
0–2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or promotional marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
Experience in electronics, appliances, or smart home products will be an added advantage.
Part-time weekend role (Saturday and Sunday).
Typical shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary depending on campaign location).
Occasional participation in special promotional events or exhibitions.
Knowledge of smart home technology and energy-efficient appliances.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to quickly learn product specifications and features.
Good problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
